Very. On-demand manufacturing eliminates overproduction — one of the biggest sources of waste in the fashion and e-commerce industries. We produce items only after an order is placed, meaning no unsold inventory, no excess stock, and significantly less textile waste.
Yes. We prioritize natural cotton, certified fabric sources, and eco-friendly, water-based pigment inks. For sublimation products, we use high-quality polyester fabrics designed for long-lasting, low-impact printing.
We also offer apparel from reputable sustainable brands such as Stanley/Stella and Bella+Canvas, known for their ethical manufacturing practices, premium fabrics, and commitment to responsible production.
All products are made in our own facilities in Europe (Łódź, Poland) and the USA (Dallas, TX). Local production reduces transportation emissions and ensures full transparency, ethical working conditions, and responsible manufacturing.
We use intelligent Zünd cutting systems to minimize waste from the start. Offcuts that remain are separated, collected, and directed to recycling partners whenever possible. Some fabric scraps are also repurposed for pillow inserts, giving leftover materials a second life instead of becoming waste.
Yes. We are continuously improving our packaging to reduce plastic usage and increase the share of recyclable, biodegradable, and responsibly sourced materials.
