We use two advanced printing technologies tailored to the type of fabric:

Sublimation (synthetic fabrics)
Using heat and dye-based inks, the print becomes a permanent part of the fibers. The result: intensely saturated colors, sharp details, and exceptional durability.

Direct-to-fabric (cotton)
Eco-friendly, water-based pigment inks are applied directly to natural cotton. This keeps the garment soft to the touch and delivers a premium, matte finish with rich color depth.

Both technologies allow full-surface coverage — delivering true edge-to-edge, seam-to-seam designs.

Frequently asked questions

All-over printing is a technique where your design is printed across the entire surface of the fabric — from seam to seam — before the product is cut and sewn. This allows for full-coverage, edge-to-edge designs with no limitations.

We use two technologies depending on the fabric:

  • Direct-to-Fabric (DTF/DTG for fabric) for natural cotton

  • Roll-to-roll sublimation for polyester
Both ensure vivid colors and high-quality, durable prints.

No. All AOP products at Snapwear are produced on demand — you can order a single piece.

All-over-print products are made from scratch — printed, cut, and sewn — so production typically takes 5–7 business days. Lead time may vary slightly depending on the product type and order volume, but most AOP items are fulfilled within this timeframe.

Yes. Depending on the fabric, AOP prints are either infused into the fibers (sublimation) or bonded with eco-friendly pigments (cotton). Both methods ensure excellent wash durability.

Prepare your artwork at a minimum of 150 DPI in a 1:1 scale. Always check the template for the specific product – for example, use the dimensions of size L when creating your file to ensure accurate coverage.

Create your artwork as a full-bleed design, extending beyond the cut lines to guarantee seamless, edge-to-edge printing with no white gaps.

Avoid using large solid color areas, as they may create a stiff or uneven visual effect in all-over printing. AOP works best with patterns, textures, small repeats, gradients, abstract layouts.

Avoid seam issues: Do not rely on design elements aligning perfectly across seams. During sewing, minor shifts can occur, causing misalignment or distortion.
Do not place important elements (e.g., logos, text, faces) directly on seam lines, as they may become cut off or uneven after assembly.
